Adoption Procedures
Once you have found an SCpaw animal you'd like to adopt either by browsing our web site or visiting one of our adoption events, you should fill out the adoption application either on-line or in person at one of SCpaw's adoption events.
An SCpaw member will contact you to discuss your application and to schedule and interview with the applicant family.
After the interview, a home visit will be arranged.
SCpaw requires an adoption contract with all of their animals and a fee will be charged at the time the contract is signed.
